§ 1-12. Inconsistent ordinances repealed.

    Except as provided in § 1-13, Ordinances saved from repeal, below, all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions contained in the Code adopted by this ordinance are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall only be to the extent of such inconsistency, and any valid legislation of the Borough of High Bridge which is not in conflict with the provisions of the Code shall be deemed to remain in full force and effect.
    B. 
    Repeal of specific ordinances. The Mayor and Council of the Borough of High Bridge has determined that the following ordinances are no longer in effect and hereby specifically repeals the following legislation:
    (1) 
    Former § 2-54, Board of Health, of the 2006 Code.
    (2) 
    Former Chapter 17, Housing Authority, of the 2006 Code.
    (3) 
    Former Chapter 18, Interlocal Agreements, of the 2006 Code.
    (4) 
    Former Chapter 45, Curfew, of the 2006 Code.
    (5) 
    Former Chapter 48, Loitering, of the 2006 Code.
    (6) 
    Former Chapter 60, Bicycles, Including Motorized, Article I, Helmets, of the 2006 Code.
    (7) 
    Former Chapter 135, Storm Water Disposal, of the 2006 Code.
    (8) 
    Former Chapter 137, Soil Erosion and Sedimentary Control, of the 2006 Code.
    (9) 
    Former Chapter 169, Vehicles, Unattended, of the 2006 Code.
    (10) 
    Former Chapter 205, Sanitation, of the 2006 Code.
    (11) 
    Former Chapter 235, Containerized Yard Waste, of the 2006 Code.
    (12) 
    Former Chapter 250, Retail Food Establishments, of the 2006 Code.
