§ 8-31. Appointment of officers.

A.
The officers of the Committee shall be Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and a Secretary. Other officers may be appointed by the Chairperson, with the advice and consent of the Committee, to carry out the work of the Committee.

B.
The Borough Chief Financial Officer shall support financial accounting and budgeting responsibilities for the Committee.

C.
The officers shall be appointed annually by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Borough Council, and recommended by the Committee. The term for officers shall be one year, and any officer may be reelected to succeed himself/herself for one additional term only.

D.
The term of office shall run from January 1 and expire December 31 of each year.
